1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over Pakistan. International shipping may be available for selected countries.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

5. Shipping Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high order volume.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
